Technical description
The Hood in Aluminized Carbon Aramid with Gold Visor is made of external Aluminized Carbon Aramid fabric, lining in flame-resistant cotton fabric. Clear internal visor fixed by button and velcro, external gold visor with adjustable ratchet. Stitched with aramid thread.
Application
The Aluminized Hood protects the user’s skull against thermal agents, splashes of molten metals, flames, convective heat, conductive heat, and radiant heat.

End of service life for PPE
Replace the Aluminized Hood when there is fabric rupture or damage.
PPE expiry date
Five (5) years from the manufacturing date. Store the garments in well-ventilated areas, away from heat or moisture.
Cleaning instructions
Dry clean only, do not use bleach or dye, do not store folded.
Clean the aluminum face with a damp cloth and air dry in the shade.
