Technical description
The Aluminized Carbon Aramid Hood with Green Visor is made from external Aluminized Carbon Aramid fabric, lined with flame-resistant cotton fabric. The internal visor is clear, attached with buttons and Velcro, and the external visor is gold-colored with adjustable ratchet. Sewn with aramid thread.
Application
The Aluminized Hood protects the user’s head against thermal agents, splashes of molten metals, flames, convective heat, conductive heat, and radiant heat.

End of service life for PPE
Replace the Carbon Aramid Aluminized Apron when there is fabric rupture or damage.
PPE expiry date
Five (5) years from the manufacturing date. Store the garments in well-ventilated areas, away from heat or moisture.
Cleaning instructions
Dry clean only, do not use bleach or dye, do not store folded.
Clean the aluminum face with a damp cloth and air dry in the shade.
