Technical description
Split Leather Welding Apron with Sleeves Flame Resistant, made from flame-resistant leather, with metal strap and buckle attached at the waist for better adjustment. Permanent fire-resistant fabric lining. Mandarin collar with Velcro for better fit. Stitched with aramid thread.
Application
Protection of the user’s trunk and upper limbs against abrasive, scraping, and thermal agents from welding operations and similar processes. Protection for welding and similar processes ISO11611:2015.

End of service life for PPE
Replace the Split Leather Welding Apron with Sleeves Flame Resistant when there is fabric rupture or damage.
PPE expiry date
Five (5) years from the manufacturing date. Store the garments in well-ventilated areas, away from heat or moisture.

A1 – Flame spread test conducted at 0° (ignition on the surface)
A2 – Flame spread test conducted at 60° (ignition on the lower edge)
Class 1 – Protection against techniques and situations involving low spatter, such as: gas welding, MIG welding, micro plasma welding, electric welding.
Class 2 – Protection against techniques and situations involving high spatter, such as: electric welding, oxy-acetylene welding, plasma cutting, welding in confined spaces, etc.
A “0” value indicates that the PPE is not suitable for the respective risk.
An “X” indicates that the PPE has not been tested for the respective risk.
